Loved the ski-in/ski-out feature of this hotel, making it very convenient for me to hit the slopes right from the door. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops for everything I needed during my weekend stay. The ski boxes in the basement were also a great addition to keep my gear organized and safe.
It didn't look like the pictures online, and I found some misplaced items from previous guests. there was limited staff on-site during the day, making it difficult to get help when needed.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay and loved the ski boxes in the basement and the fact that the hotel was located close to restaurants, ski lifts and shops. the staff was also very helpful and friendly.
We were disappointed to find the flat was not as clean as we had hoped and that someone had left dirty socks on the floor. we were charged a security deposit of 300 euros which was deducted directly from our bank account and it took over a month to receive the refund.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and ski lifts. Ski boxes in the basement are useful for storage. the pictures are misleading and the rooms are unclean; the owner is rarely available, and the guarantee deposit is automatically deducted, not returned promptly.
The cleanliness of the rooms is poor and the owner is not easily reachable for help.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the ski lift. The ski boxes in the basement were very useful and friendly for our ski equipment. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
